What We Do

Covering the north east of England, The Bath Fitting Company offers a full bathroom design, supply and installation service. 

 

With over 16 years of specialist bathroom experience, you can be assured you're in the hands of experts. We’re a knowledgeable and friendly team with a key focus on providing a straightforward and reassuring service from start to finish. 

 

As true bathroom specialists - no room or property type is off limits. We have vast experience working in both modern and period properties as well as a wide range of room types from small cloakroom toilets to large scale bathroom renovation projects.

Bathroom renovations require a wide range of skill sets including plumbing, tiling, joinery work, design and construction. Using a bathroom specialist ensures that  all elements of your bathroom will work together both practically and aesthetically.

 

We currently offer two service streams:

  • Design, supply and installation - a full service solution from start to finish

  • Design and supply - a good choice if you would like to install the bathroom yourself but require the reassurance of a functional and professional design

  • Key Point of Contact: From our first visit to your property, you will have the same key points of contact for the duration of the project. We understand that a new bathroom  can be a big decision - it’s important that we build a relationship with our customers ensuring you feel reassured and informed every step of the way.

  • 3D Design and Image Bank: Nothing is more reassuring then seeing a life like 3D design of your new bathroom - before work even begins, which is why we provide this as standard.  You will also receive a bespoke image bank of the goods which will be supplied - meaning no surprises when it comes to installation.

  • Complete Bathroom Solution: Included in our service is the fitting of all electrics, plastering and waste removal - ensuring a complete bathroom solution and less hassle for you.

  • High Quality Goods: A new bathroom should be built to last. We work with a number of carefully selected suppliers ensuring we provide only the highest quality materials that will withstand the test of time.

  • Expert Advice on Tap: With over 16 years of specialist bathroom experience, you can be assured that you’re in the hands of experts. We’re always on hand to answer any questions you may have - no matter how big or small.

Our Process

Our key aim is to make the entire process from start to finish as easy as possible. From initial contact you can expect the below:

STEP 1: Get in Touch

  • Contact us by phone, email or social media

  • We will arrange to visit your property for a free, no obligation quotation at a time and date that suits you

​

STEP 2: Home Visit

  • Our home visits usually last between 30 minutes - 1 hour

  • We will run through a list of questions in order  to gain a thorough understanding of your bathroom requirements and proposed budget

  • Measurements of the room will be taken

  • We will also ask you to share any ‘inspo’ images you have in order to help us with the design process ​

​

STEP 3: Quotation and Image Bank

  • You will receive a quotation and image bank for review

​

STEP 4: Refinements

  • You will be given time to review your image bank of goods in order to advise of any changes that you require

  • We will make any changes required and provide you with a final quotation

 

STEP 5: Booking

  • We will book you in at our earliest availability 

  • A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking

  • Changes to goods can be made up to 28 days before your job start date

  • You will receive your 3D designs 6 weeks prior to your start date for review

​

STEP 6. Leave it to Us

  • Every element of the process will then be project managed by us - you don’t need to do a thing

  • We will deliver all goods to site on the first day of your job and arrange for sub contractor services such as electrics, plastering and waste removal
